Stem plays a very important role in cigarette products.Blending stem into cigarette according to a certain proportion can effectively improve the combustion ability of cigarette and reduce the production cost.In the process of stem processing,stem drying system is an extremely important part,which directly determines the internal quality of finished stem.The main task of stem drying system is to make stem expanded by flash fluidized bed and processed by drying fluidized bed to meet the technical requirements of various indicators,so as to provide qualified stem for the next process.Export moisture is the most important of many technical indexes,which directly affects the processing difficulty and quality of the next process.In the actual production process,the water content at the outlet of stem often does not meet the process requirements.This paper makes an in-depth study on this problem.It is found that the dynamic characteristics of stem drying system under the original control method are poor and the anti-interference ability is weak.The conversion process of stem fluidized bed drying system has the following characteristics: nonlinear,time-varying and large lag,As a result,the stem drying system can not meet the actual production needs.This paper will focus on the system's large lag and the adaptability of lag adjustment,and put forward the optimization plan.In view of the above problems,through the analysis and Research on the drying process and electrical control principle of stem drying fluidized bed system,this paper puts forward the software and hardware technology optimization scheme of sh885 drying fluidized bed temperature control system based on IPC + PLC;Through the study of PLC,fuzzy control principle and fuzzy PID control method,the original control system is optimized by fuzzy control to suppress the negative impact of large lag on the control system and enhance the adaptability of the system to a certain extent.Finally,Matlab is used to simulate the fluidized bed temperature control system.The results show that the fuzzy PID control method can make the system more stable,faster response,stronger adaptability,effectively improve the accuracy and stability of stem outlet moisture,and improve the internal quality of stem.
