With the improvement of industrial development level,the solid waste generated in industrial production is increasing and the composition is complex.At present,the status of industrial solid waste treatment in China is not optimistic,the treatment process is more complicated,and the treatment cost is higher,however,the thermal cracking technology applied to the treatment of industrial solid waste can not only realize the recycling of resources,but also avoid environmental pollution,therefore,it has important practical significance for the research of industrial solid waste thermal cracking treatment.Based on the research of thermal cracking experiments,this paper studies the industrial solid waste thermal cracking treatment equipment,aiming at meeting the needs of industrial solid waste thermal cracking treatment,realizing resource recycling and environmental protection.The focus of this paper is to design a set of industrial solid waste thermal cracking control system,and taking the feed control link and cracker temperature control link in the industrial solid waste thermal cracking treatment control system as the research object,the design of the feed device and its feed control scheme,the cracker structure design and its temperature control scheme are the main research contents.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Thermal cracking experiment:The research mainly analyzes the experimental process,carries out the thermal cracking experiment of mixed solid waste,analyzes and summarizes the experimental data,and combines the experimental research to analyze the design requirements of various stages of industrial solid waste thermal cracking process.(2)Overall system design:The limitations of the traditional industrial solid waste thermal cracking process were analyzed,and combined with the thermal cracking experimental process design experience,the industrial solid waste thermal cracking process was proposed.Then,according to the system requirements and process flow,the overall framework of industrial solid waste thermal cracking treatment control system is designed.(3)Analysis and design of the feed system:Research on the feed control system link in the overall framework of industrial solid waste thermal cracking treatment control system.Firstly,The thermogravimetric loss characteristics of the mixture were analyzed to determine the three-stage variable pitch screw feeding method.Secondly,based on this,the mechanical structure of the feed system was designed,including the structure of the feed link device and the structure of the cracking reactor,and the system related parameters were calculated.Finally,the structure and control flow of the feed control system were designed to realize the design of the feed control system of the cracker.(4)Temperature control system design:Study on the temperature control system of pyrolysis kettle in the overall framework of industrial solid waste thermal cracking treatment control system.Firstly,the heating mode of the electromagnetic induction heating of the cracking kettle was determined,and the heat transfer model of the cracking kettle was established.Then,the temperature control system of the cracking kettle was designed,including the system design and system hardware design.Finally,the fuzzy PID was proposed,the temperature control algorithm is simulated and analyzed,and the feasibility of the temperature control algorithm is verified,the design of the temperature control system of the cracker is completed.
