Industrial solid waste has a wide range of sources,very hazardous and difficult to handle,and thus the development of cracking and oiling technology for waste plastics;Thermal cracking is a traditional industrial production technology,originally used in the dry distillation of coal,cracking the coke product can be used as a fuel for smelting steel.The impact of the global energy crisis on industrial development in various countries has prompted people to realize the importance of developing renewable energy.With the use of thermal cracking technology in the recycling of solid waste,a large amount of solid waste energy can be recycled and harmlessly treated.It is worth research and development.This subject is mainly to follow up a set of solid waste thermal cracking experimental system designed by the laboratory.In the research of its equipment technology,the temperature and pressure control requirements are analyzed,and the temperature control system is designed to realize the temperature rise of solid waste samples.Cracking,obtaining the optimal heating curve of solid waste,providing technical support for industrial production.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Determination of the overall design of the experimental system:analysis of the functional and technical requirements of the experimental system,obtaining the design route and overall architecture of the experimental system,and clarifying the various control parts and control requirements of the control system.(2)Design and implementation of the experimental device:In the analysis and calculation of each part of the system,determine the relevant parameter requirements required for each part,and design and build each part according to the parameter requirements.It mainly includes the design and construction of cracking kettle,cooling system and tail gas treatment.(3)The design and implementation of the control system:In the analysis of the operation and control process of the system,the control system is designed.The design of the control system is mainly for the control of the three subsystems of the cracking kettle,cooling system and exhaust gas treatment,focusing on the cracking kettle.The temperature control system realizes the temperature control of the cracking kettle through the combination of manual and automatic control.The hardware structure,control algorithm and software implementation of the control system are analyzed and designed.The PID control algorithm is used and the parameters are adjusted.(4)The debugging and cracking experiments of the experimental device:Firstly,the effective performance of the experimental device is tested by the pressure holding experiment,the heating bar temperature rising performance test and the air compressor test,so that the experimental device satisfies the solid waste cracking experimental conditions;secondly,the solid waste cracking experiment is performed.Determine the experimental scheme,the temperature rise rate of the solid waste sample experiment,analyze the relationship between the heating rate and the cracking product,obtain the optimal temperature control curve of the solid waste sample,and provide technical support for further research of industrialization.
