With the rapid development of economic globalization,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.The enterprise risk management has become the hot spot of the international large enterprise groups.In the developed countries such as Europe and the United States,many enterprises attach great importance to the work of risk management,risk management theory is increasingly applied to enterprise management.In our country,the research on the project management starts late,and it is still an individual phenomenon in the state-owned enterprises,which is a very important part of enterprise risk management.It is important to realize the effective control of the enterprise strategic objectives.The main research contents of this thesis is according to Shougang a wire factory district 70m/3h sewage treatment station off-site construction project characteristics,of the present situation of project analysis,found in the sewage treatment station off-site construction projects exist in risk management of some problems,using the existing project management practice experience and theoretical method,to effectively identify risk factors,and their applications in risk assessment were loss expectation method,scientific assessment in sewage treatment station off-site construction projects of all kinds of risk factors,such as the degree of risk.On the basis of,for different degrees of risk were risk factors analysis and countermeasure research,the risk of the project reasonable arrangement and control,solve the sewage treatment station also built offsite problems existing in the project risk management,improve the project on schedule to deliver the ability,and avoid the occurrence of irreparable damage and loss of the project.
