The manufacturing technology of the hard tooth surface inner ring gear directly affects the quality of the hard tooth surface gear.This paper selects the ball worm gear grinding machine as the basic type,adopts the modularization idea to decompose and design the machine tool module,and improves the inner ring gear processing machine tool,improve the modularization of machine tools to do some basic work.In the study of machine tool modularity,the user’s basic requirements for the gear machine at the present stage are initially analyzed,and the machining process and accuracy requirements of the machine tool are defined.Next,the main function of the machine tool is determined based on the user demand analysis,and the machine tool is divided into modules.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,the evaluation criteria of the module division scheme are introduced to determine the division scheme of the machine tool;then,the machine tool module is designed in detail based on the module division results,and the module structure is analyzed in detail through the finite element analysis of the module structure.In the study of the module interface,the fixed connection interface structure is firstly designed to determine the interface positioning method.Based on Yoshimura Yoshihiko’s method,the rigidity and damping parameters of the module interface were obtained,and ANSYS was used to analyze the static and dynamic analysis of the options of the sliding connection interface.Finally,the TOPSIS theory is introduced,the TOPSIS mathematical model of the interface optimization scheme is established,the alternatives of the sliding interface are optimized,and the best interface structure is selected.Finally,the whole machine is analyzed by establishing a virtual constraint,and the difference in machine tool performance before and after modularization is compared.After the modularization is found,the part that affects the performance of the machine tool is larger,indicating the direction for future machine optimization.
