The Research On Environmental Consciousness Of Guiyang Residents Under The Background Of Ecological Civilization Urban Construction

The world is in transition from industrial civilization to ecological civilization,and Guiyang has been spreading the concept of ecological civilization actively,as an underdeveloped western capital city.Meanwhile,Guiyang treated the construction of ecological civilization city as a point cut of implement the scientific outlook on development,and took the road of ecological civilization development,since the communist party of China put forward the construction of ecological civilization at the 17 th national congress.In the process,Guiyang accumulated a lot of valuable experience,and formed a unique “Guiyang model”.However,it still has many environmental problems during the construction of ecological civilization city.For the reasons,it is mainly the backward or the loss of environmental consciousness.The article mainly expounds the status of environmental consciousness of residents in Guiyang under the background of urban construction of ecological civilization,describes the environmental knowledge,environmental attitudes and environmental behaviors of Guiyang residents and the correlation between them,and analyzes the influence factors of the environmental consciousness of residents in Guiyang city from the aspects of gender,age,cultural degree,occupation and economic income.According to the results of the survey,the environmental recognition is higher than environmental practice and environmental awareness.And the status of environmental consciousness presents the characteristics of “high degree of recognition,lacking of practice and having low awareness”.From the point of sex,while women' practice and were slightly higher than male,but the total score of the male than women,so we think that male's environmental awareness higher than women.In terms of age,young people have higher environmental awareness than older people.From the cultural level,the higher the level of education,the higher thelevel of environmental consciousness is.Popularity,from the professional view,the farmers' environmental perception and practice as well as the total score in all the surveyed occupations are lowest,ordinary workers and self-employed scores are also very low.From the economic income,low-income environment knowledge level was lower than those of other groups.And on that basis,the article try to make suggestions from five aspects of government,school,family,society and individual,in order to improve the environmental awareness of residents,and promote the development of Guiyang ecological civilization city.Government: formulating environmental policy,establish an environmental information disclosure mechanism;improving environmental laws and regulations,enhancing environmental law enforcement capacity;improving environmental regulation capacity,increasing penalties for environmental violations.School: establish a complete ecological discipline system,strengthen the classroom environment education;Strengthen the construction of teaching staff and raise the level of teachers' environmental awareness;Actively carry out environmental protection activities to create green and ecological campus.Family: parents should lead by example,strengthen example demonstration effect;pay attention to the family environmental protection education,build green livable family environment.Social aspect: with the help of new media,publicize environmental awareness education;We will launch social forces and expand oversight of public opinion.Personal aspects: set up ecological values and strengthen ecological moral guidance;Change the way of life,cultivate the green consumption pattern.
