Traditional assembly shop monitoring system,to a great extent,dependent onrule of thumb.This kind of monitoring way is under the constraint of bus arrangement causes the waste of human resources,low degree of automation,and higher misjudgment rate.With the development of modern manufacturing technology,demands for remote monitoring system tend to be more diversified,thus traditional assembly shop monitoring system has been unable to meet the needs of people.In order to solve the problems and realize VVT assembly shop condition monitoring of informatization and automation with remote monitor,this paper proposes a design of remote monitoring system based on the technology of M2 M in VVT assembly shop monitoring area.M2M(Machine-to-Machine)technology is a kind of dialogue between machines.In this paper,M2 M technology was applied to assembly shop condition monitoring field.First of all,applying embedded technology,sensor technology,short distance wireless networking technology(ZigBee),designed the system perception layer,to gather the production line field environment data and production-line test data;Second,use the GSM module,design the function of data passthrough,SMS reverse control,that mobile phone can get condition messages and send commandmessages to GSM module tocontrol VVTassembly shop equipment's working state,which formed the system transport layer;Furthermore,combined with GPRS technology,design the network data channels,using the server implementation of production line for remote monitoring of working conditions on site,this is called the system application layer.The works and achievements of this study includes the following aspects:1.The system perception layer completed the WSN network topology design,network topology is used to control technology to realize the routing mechanism based on energy.2.The system transport layerusing GSM module to manage,sendand receive the effective information that the VVT assembly shop monitoring system between the three levels has the ability of data passthrough and SMS control function.3.The system application layer for human-computer interaction design constitute by STM32 module on-board TFTLCD LCD interface display and remote PC server monitor.On the basis of above work,add test works including network authentication based on LQI index,packet loss rate test,GSM module function test.Verifying that VVT assembly shop remote monitoring system based on M2 M technology with supervising and control function,which meets the design requirements.This system with low power consumption,low cost and strong expansibility,thus has certain using value.
