At present,economic globalization is constantly enhanced,enterprises are pursuing cost advantage.As the last link of production process,mechanical product assembly plays a vital role in production.Especially for the structure and assembly process of complex mechanical products,there are various uncertainties in the assembly process,so the formulation of a reasonable assembly scheduling scheme is conducive to the production efficiency of mechanical products,improving the competitiveness and efficiency of enterprises.Machine tool production and assembly process is complicated,manufacturing period is long.To improve the production management level of machine tool manufacturing,shorten the manufacturing period of complex machine tool products and improve the on-time delivery ability of machine tool production is a very urgent research topic at present.Workshop scheduling is a very effective management measure to improve production efficiency.Different processing machines will change the processing order to achieve rapid production without any new equipment.The traditional dispatching management method is hard to meet the individual needs of customers.To realize the rationality,efficiency and flexibility of machine tool manufacturing assembly,as well as cost cutting,on-time delivery rate and inventory capital turnover reduce production and manufacturing costs,improve,speed up,in order to maximize the benefits of enterprises.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the research status of NC laser cutting machine tool production at home and abroad,and briefly introduces the research status of assembly mixed flow workshop and simulated annealing algorithm at present.(2)Taking the Machine tool Assembly workshop of company A as the research object,this paper analyzes the operation of machine tool assembly line in company A at present.To determine the optimization requirements for the shortest assembly time,statistical traditional dispatching different types of machine tools assembly time,the establishment of machine tool assembly scheduling mixed production line.(3)The advantages and disadvantages of the simulated annealing algorithm are analyzed,and a new annealing function is designed to solve the assembly scheduling problem in the mixed flow shop.MATLAB modeling software is used to simulate the model.The simulation results are analyzed and the validity and rationality of the improved algorithm are verified.(4)A three-dimensional workshop simulation is carried out by using Flexsim simulation software to improve the scheduling scheme obtained by simulated annealing algorithm,and the optimization measures are obtained by the running results.The actual workshop assembly is used as the dispatching guidance.
