With the rapid development of modern society and economy,the problem of energy shortage,such as oil and natural gas,has become increasingly prominent.Oil pipeline has the advantages of continuous transportation,large oil transportation capacity,short construction period,convenient management and low operation cost.It has been widely used in oil and natural gas production operations.However,due to geographical conditions,some oil and gas pipeline transport project must cross the underwater.Compared with the terrestrial pipelines,underwater pipelines are faced with special risks,the main problem is that the ship construction operations or emergency anchor may cause a huge threat to the submarine pipeline.Once lead to damaged pipeline from anchor,will cause the underwater pipeline oil and gas leakage accident,leading to other catastrophic harm,cause immeasurable loss of safety,natural environment and economic property.Therefore,in order to ensure the safety of the submarine pipeline,to carry out the influence of the inland ships anchoring to the underwater pipeline,to prevent the ship from anchoring and smashing the submarine pipeline has become an important issue to be solved.Through consulting a large amount of relevant literature,on the basis of the existing research results,using mathematical modeling,numerical calculation and computer simulation,according to the movement state of anchor in the course of inland ship anchor,considering the change of various forces before and after the anchorage,establish the model of the anchor movement model based on various forces.Under the conditions of different ship types,different ship loading conditions,different water depth and bottom soil,the impact velocity of the anchor and the penetration depth of the bottom of the river are calculated.According to the anchor type,bottom soil and pipe internal and external force,the anchor's impact force under the condition of the pipeline at a certain depth are calculated.Using strength check model,calculate the total hoop stress carried by pipeline.Design “the impact of anchoring to the pipeline calculation software”,for certain underwater pipeline project which is crossing the Yangtze River,using the calculation software for presentation,and put forward some corresponding preventive measures.The research helps to carry out the ship anchor for underwater pipeline safety effect demonstration and evaluation,for the pipeline buried deep,material selection,circuit design and pipeline structure bearing tap the potential to provide scientific and rational basis for decision making.To improve the pipeline transportation safety and protect the underwater pipeline transportation safety and reduce the damaged ship at anchor in the underwater pipeline,oil and gas leak risk probability,avoid suffer significant life,economic property loss and ecological environment in failure has a very important significance,will bring huge social benefits and economic benefits.
