| The inland waterway is often winding and winding,and accidents occur frequently.The ship driver is the key factor of the ship accident.Good psychological and physiological state is the necessary condition for the ship driver to make reasonable judgment in response to the emergency.Therefore,it is necessary to study the driving behavior of crew members to ensure the driver driving safety and maintain the safety of the river water.Ten ship pilots(5 skilled and 5 unskilled)were selected to carry out the cross-border experiment.The whole course was divided into the departure section,the ship section and the stop section.During the course of ship driving,the eye movement data of the ship driver at different times are recorded by using the eye motion meter.The heart rate and skin electrical response of the ship driver during the operation are recorded in different driving areas by using ergolab human-machine environment synchronization platform and ECG and EDA wireless sensors.Through the study of the physiological indexes of the ship driver driving process,the changing characteristics of the physiological indexes of the ship drivers are clarified under different conditions.The eye movement data and related physiological indexes of two groups of subjects in different driving areas were extracted by using the above equipment.First,the frequency of gaze,the rate of scanning video and the pupil change of two groups of subjects in each driving area were studied.The change characteristics were analyzed.The probability and stable distribution of gaze transfer were solved by Markov process to explore the characteristics of gaze transfer of two types of drivers.Then,the two groups were not in the test group by using pangalai scatter graph,frequency domain analysis and time domain analysis The heart rate and skin voltage of the same driving area were analyzed.Combined with the actual driving process,the characteristics of HRV and EDA were studied in the course of ship driving.Finally,based on the research foundation of related psychological load,the related physiological index data were normalized,and the ship driver mental load model was established by BP neural network and factor analysis.The ship driver heart was used The physical load model was used to evaluate the mental load index of the two groups.The results show that according to the calculation of fixation transfer probability and stable distribution,the fixation transfer probability of skilled group drivers is more regular,and the probability of gaze transfer in some visual interest areas is significantly higher than that of other regions,while the distribution of gaze points in non skilled group is scattered,and the probability of gaze transfer in interest area is lower.The changes of HRV and EDA indexes of the two groups were related to the driving proficiency and driving practice.The paper establishes the ship driver mental load model by BP neural network and factor analysis.According to the calculation of the established mental load model,it is found that the average psychological load of the skilled driver in the stop section is the highest,and the average psychological load of the unskilled driver is the highest in the departure section and the ship section;the average psychological load of the unskilled driver in the departure section and the stop section is the same. |
