In the 1960 s and 1970 s,the rapid development of information technology had a great impact on the operating environment and operation mode of enterprises,and the enterprise development faced severe challenges.In such a background,the Hammer and Champy professor propose new management thinking of the business process reengineering,IBM,general motors,ford motor and other large companies implementation of process reengineering,and has been a huge success.In the 1980 s,the theory of business process reengineering was introduced into China and was popularized in the 1990 s.F company is a production car high-end jewelry company,its long-term purchase inefficient,procurement quality not high question,thus can be referenced by the ideas of business process reengineering through reengineering enterprise purchasing process to a certain extent,solve the above problems.First of all,this paper expounds the development status of process reengineering,summarizes the research of domestic and foreign scholars on process reengineering,and introduces the research contents of this paper.This paper introduces the theory of process reengineering and the modeling method of process reengineering,compares the advantages and disadvantages of various modeling methods,and introduces Petri net.Secondly,diagnosis and analysis of the current situation of F enterprise purchasing process,through the flow chart describes the procurement process,and the purchase time,using the fishbone diagram to diagnose the problem in the procurement process,found that the enterprise purchasing cycle is long,the poor quality of procurement,procurement process measure single,department,collaborative and low qualification rate of quality of the main problems,and based on the theoretical analysis and field interviews and other methods to analyze the causes of the problem,conclude the examination and approval links,the purchasing control system is imperfect,the low level of information construction is the main cause of the enterprise purchase problem.Finally,using Petri net to F enterprise procurement process modeling and combining with the actual use ECRS carries on the optimization,compared the efficiency before and after process optimization,to verify the efficiency of enterprise purchasing process optimization F the good effect.In terms of quality of procurement process for F enterprise established the procurement of quality supervision,control and purchasing process quality control system,and then a material as an example to analyze the building procurement process quality control system before and after the purchasing quality difference,verify the advantage of purchasing process quality control system.In the thesis,respectively from the adjustment of organizational structure,improve the purchasing management system and information technology,leadership support,procurement process optimization team and adjust the enterprise culture are expounded in aspects F purchasing process optimization results of safeguard measures,to ensure the implementation of the enterprise procurement process can smoothly.
