Research On The Ecological Red Line’s Effect Evaluation And Optimization Strategy In Wuxue City

In the era of "green" transformation in China’s urbanization and the "ecological" innovation of urban and rural planning,the "ecological red line delimit and control" with the aid of urban and rural planning has become an important means of urban and rural ecological space protection.However,due to the lack of technical methods and control hand section of the ecological red line planning,the urban and rural ecological space within the ecological red line of some cities is lack of connectivity and fragmentation of structure,resulting in its weakening or even decreasing ecological effects.Therefore,it is necessary to set up a technical method for evaluating the effect of the ecological red line in order to evaluate the planning scheme and implementation effect of the ecological red line.Based on the related theory of ecological network connectivity,this paper tries to find the internal relationship between the ecological network connectivity and the ecological red line effect,and then constructs the evaluation method system of the ecological red line effect,and through the empirical analysis of the ecological red line effect of Wuxue City,and summarizes the problem,and puts forward the corresponding ecological red line optimization strategy.This paper is based on the research idea of "theoretical foundation,method construction,empirical research and optimization strategy".First,through the analysis of the cooperative relationship between ecological network and ecological red line,the relationship between structural connectivity,functional connectivity and ecological red line effect,to construct an ecological red line "space-effect" association system,composed of "node effect","flow effect","edge effect" and "network effect".Then,the evaluation method system of ecological red line should be established relative to the ecological red line "space effect" correlation system,which includes "node effect" evaluation,"flow effect" evaluation,"edge effect" evaluation and "network effect" evaluation.Then,this evaluation method is used to evaluate and analyze the effect of the ecological red line in Wuxue.The three aspects of the ecological red line in Wuxue are revealed: the one is the core nodes dispersed,the patch fragmentation and patch deficiency are coexisting;secondly,the East-West "corridor flow" is weak and the long corridor is numerous;third,the matrix distribution is uneven and the permeability is weak.Finally,based on the effect evaluation and problem summary of the ecological red line in Wuxue,according to the optimization idea of "Integration of construction and management",the relevant strategies of ecological red line optimization are put forward from two angles of network space supplementation and repair and specific management and control measures.
