Development And Application Of Intelligent Warehouse System For Board Style Furniture

The output value of the customized furniture industry is about RMB 200 billion,and its annual growth rate remains at 25%-40%.In 2017 alone,nearly 10 enterprises went public.But at present,the custom furniture industry has a long period of long delivery,easy to make mistakes in design,high error rate of drawing,large and error prone process,low efficiency in warehouse logistics and high error rate.With the input and maturity of the design software,the drawing information system,the manufacturing execution system(MES)and the automatic processing equipment,the pain points of the above industry are gradually solved,and there is still no good solution to the internal warehouse logistics links of the custom-made furniture enterprises.The process of sorting,packing and warehousing is more dependent on the manual sorting and combination of documents and labels.There is no mature information system,which leads to a large number of manpower and error prone.Based on the problems existing in the storage and logistics links in the custom furniture industry,this paper has carried out the research of the board style furniture intelligent storage system through the IT project implementation method.The main research results of this paper can be summed up in the following aspects:(1)The actual plate custom furniture orders from the panel data analysis,structure,rules,packaging tray placed the tray turnover,conveyor efficiency,shelf architecture and demand analysis,analysis model of formation plate customized products and hardware requirements of data warehouse system,and through the order structure of the storage requirements analysis,loading sequence and ability demand,the formation of planning logic plate custom furniture intelligent storage.(2)According to the intelligent storage capacity requirements planning,production planning and coordination requirements,logistics planning logic and demand,formation configuration and development demand Oracle business suite WMS module,execute and follow the logic of the business process,and ultimately the formation of solution plate custom furniture intelligent storage system,including data exchange and feedback mechanism,soft scheme the hardware driving program,docking and storage capacity and storage solutions,service execution process and standard.(3)The research and application of plate custom furniture intelligent storage system,collect quality data and the efficiency of the actual operation,contrast before and after the application of intelligent storage system of the quality and efficiency of practical application,verify the effect of intelligent storage system meets the design target.
