| Comprehensive budget management is an effective budget management method based on enterprise strategy.Through the implementation of the comprehensive budget management method,it can better promote the management level of the enterprise,and effectively make the enterprise allocate and use the resources rationally,which will be directly related to the future strategic planning direction of the enterprise.At present,such theoretical system has made certain achievements in combination with practice,and is relatively mature.With the increasing attention of China to the ecological environment,the environmental policy on natural gas is gradually improved,and the concept of natural gas as a clean energy is widely known.Based on this,improvement of management and operation of natural gas enterprises will effectively promote the national economic environment and even the sustainable development of society.GD natural gas company is a state-owned holding enterprise based on natural gas fuel,including the processing,supply and sales of natural gas,which directly affects the living of the country's residents.Based on the theory of comprehensive budget management,this paper studied the comprehensive budget management of GD natural gas.On the basis of introducing the theoretical basis,definition and characteristics of the comprehensive budget management theory at home and abroad,this paper takes GD natural gas company as an example to explore the internal problems of GD natural gas company from the angle of budgeting management,preparation,implementation,analysis and evaluation.Finally,the rectification measures and optimization suggestions are put forward.I hope this article can provide some ideas and methods for building a comprehensive budget management mode suitable for the development of GD natural gas company. |
