Research On The Financial Payment Management System Of CNAF

With the rapid development of information technology and the increasing popularity of e-commerce,the operation and management model of China National Aviation Fuel(CNAF)is gradually adapting to the new era's informatization requirement.In recent years,CNAF has fully realized the importance of financial informatization management,and has successfully launched ERP accounting system,budget system,financial system,etc.At present CNAF is working on the construction and integration of the financial fund payment system,and is making system evaluation and problem clarification according to the application effects analysis and problem feedback from the recent test phase.This paper analyses the necessity of financial informatization management using CNAF funds payment system as the research case,with the methods of combining theory and case as well as comparing various test users' performance before and after using the system.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part briefly illustrates the business background of CNAF and its financial management situation in recent years,and analyses the paper's theoretical value and practical meaning,with using frame diagram to clearly demonstrate the paper structure.The second part is the summarization of the research conclusions of scholars in China and abroad,which indicates the necessity of financial informatization and provides theoretical support for subsequent conclusions.The third part illustrates the pattern and deficiency of the past financial management model by using examples of budget management and fund payment management.The fourth part further explains how to build the budget system and fund payment management system,and illustrates how the fund payment management system achieves functional integration with other information systems.The fifth part indicates the necessity of building this information system according to the analysis of the test situation of fund payment system and the comparison of various users' performance before and after using the system.The sixth part expounds some conclusions and suggestions summarized from the construction plan of CNAF information system,and points out the direction of the enterprise further improvement.
