Research On Financial Control Of A Company Based On The Financial Informatization

The development of financial informatization constantly changes the financial management mode of enterprises,and also changes the means of financial control.In order to respond to the rapid change of market and improve the efficiency of financial control,enterprises need to respond positively to financial informatization.At present,large-scale iron and steel enterprises are faced with the situation of operating difficulties,overcapacity and low efficiency.One of the key problems to be solved in the iron and steel enterprises is to reduce the cost and increase the efficiency,and to pay attention to the core role of financial control.The current research focus of listed companies mainly focus on the control of financial risk,and concern for the enterprise control efficiency and financial control financial environment is less,there are still many enterprises are not attach importance to the improvement of the efficiency of financial control,financial control of enterprise financial information environment there are still many places need to be improved.In this paper,large state-owned steel company A as a case study,based on the background and trend of financial information and intelligence,the company SAP information system in the financial control of the application as the starting point,by using case study method,literature research method and fishbone diagram analysis,the company's financial control update study on improving.First of all,by drawing on existing research results of financial control,the current research situation of financial control are summarized,and combining the concept and characteristics of financial information technology,describes the composition of new characteristics and control system of financial accounting information;secondly,the basic situation of the financial informationization situation of A company are introduced,from budget control,capital control,cost control,performance evaluation and incentive control four aspects of the financial control situation,and with the help of fishbone diagram analysis of A company in the financial information under the financial control problem analysis;finally,put forward the A company's financial control measures under the financial information,and it's improved mainly from the optimization of financial control mode,construction comprehensive budget information platform,market oriented system to improve the utilization rate of resources,technology and human resources guarantee four aspects.In this paper,from the perspective of financial information,related problems of A company's financial control update research,to explore ways to improve the efficiency of financial control,to improve the business performance of the enterprise,to update the other iron and steel industry of state-owned listed company in financial information under the environment of financial control problems improvement provides some reference,in ascension A company economic benefits but also contribute to the development of the regional economy,so it has theoretical significance and practical value.
