| Based on the national supervision and administration of production safety accident statistics,on chemical enterprises of production safety accidents were statistically analyzed on aspects including accident classification,occurring time,occurring location and occurring trend in China during 2006?2015.The results showed that explosion,poisoning and suffocation accidents accounted for the main types of chemical enterprises production safety accidents.And at the recent ten years,chemical production accidents have occurred in over 20 provinces.Among them,the highest incidence of Shandong province.From the analysis time the accident happened,accidents is higher in January and August.At 10?12 am and 14?16pm is the peak time of the accident happened.In recent years,accidents is on the decline as a whole.By using the theory of behavior safety accident cause "2?4" model analyze the causes for chemical production accident.It will be divided into two level and four concrete phase lack of behavior control for the cause of the accident.Then it can form a logical chain structure,and provides a clearly defined and hierarchy the cause of the accident analysis method.Based on the cause of the accident,a case study of a typical explosion accident is conducted.Problems existing in the process of chemical production are found.Propose targeted measures and design the workflow of the accident warning system. |
