Nowadays,enterprise integration has become an important way for state-owned enterprises to maintain economic benefits and expand the scale of industry.In the coal industry,the integration,orderly development and cooperative work of coal enterprises have become the key of industrial upgrading.A large number of practice shows that integration work is the key factor to realize the value added of the coal enterprise,and the integration of human resources is the core task of the whole integration work.However,the integration of coal enterprises is inevitably accompanied by various risks.The risk of human resource integration is a key problem that cannot be ignored in the process of integration.Because of its diversity and complexity,human resource integration is different from the integration of other resources.Therefore,taking the integration of human resources in Y coal project as the starting point,this paper studies the risks existing in its integration,so as to put forward corresponding countermeasures according to risks,and constantly improve and improve the risk resisting ability of integrated projects.Based on the actual situation of individuals in the coal industry,the author takes Y coal project as the research object,and studies how to carry out the risk management of human resources integration in Y project.The theory of human resource integration and risk management theory based on the characteristics of the first Y coal project overview and the integration of human resources are analyzed;the identification and analysis of human resource integration risk of second Y project operation encountered in the analysis,from the aspects of planning,recruitment,training,performance,and cultural integration salary and welfare,organizational structure,and explains the reason;and then use the established risk assessment system of Y coal project human resource integration expert evaluation method and risk matrix method to evaluate the risk identification;finally,establishing corresponding human resource integration measures according to different risk factors identified.In the project integration work,the goal and expectation of human resources integration work are clearly defined,and the risk management system of human resources integration is perfected.By judging the level of risk weights and qualitative calculation of various types of risk quantification,we hope to provide a new way to integrate the work of integration projects,by this means the integration of project management more clear purpose and direction,to provide more accurate guidance tools for similar projects in the integration of human resources integration.At the same time,a professional guidance model is put forward for human resources integration operation,which is used to deal with the risk of integrated projects in operation,improve the efficiency of human resource integration in coal integration projects,and achieve the expected goal and expectation of human resource integration.
