Chrysanthemum consumption in our country has a long history,with the improvement of people's health awareness,consumption of chrysanthemum production and marketing market is growing.In this paper,the nutritional content of some new varieties of edible chrysanthemum in Guangdong were evaluated,the evaluation of varieties and economic benefits were analyzed to provide theoretical support for the production of high-quality edible chrysanthemum and the healthy development of Guangdong edible flower industry.The main research results are as follows.?1?Study on the nutritional indicators analysis and evaluation of eight kinds of edible Chrysanthemum,through the research and analysis of 29 nutritional indexes,the soluble sugar content of 8 edible chrysanthemum cultivars is 19.98 g/kg33.35 g/kg,the content of organic acid is 4.28 g/kg9.72 g/kg,soluble protein content is 31.05 g/kg34.57 g/kg,moisture content is 826.5 g/kg981.7 g/kg,iron content is 36.7 mg/kg56.9 mg/kg,zinc content is 26.9 mg/kg51.3 mg/kg,sodium content is 54.3 mg/kg169.0 mg/kg,calcium content is 2850 mg/kg4740 mg/kg,Magnesium content is 1020 mg/kg1460 mg/kg,potassium content is 20200 mg/kg27100 mg/kg,19 amino acids content is 72.8 g/kg94.7 g/kg.Visible principal component analysis results,there is a significant difference between the nutritional quality of various varieties,‘Cao An Jin Lu'score of 8.98,the best 8varieties,‘Qian Si Wan LV'score of-8.09,the nutritional quality is worst.The order of the nutritional qualities of the eight varieties from high to low is‘Cao An Jin Lu',‘Huang Shan Gong Ju',‘Jing Xing Yuan Jun',‘Shuang Li Chan Juan',‘Fei Zhu San Xia',‘Bao Xing Tang Yi Jin',‘Dong Hai Xi Le'and‘Qian Si Wan LV'.?2?Among the five edible chrysanthemum thermotolerance studies,there is no significant differences in conductivity and catalase among the 5 varieties of edible chrysanthemum through the study of six heat resistance indicators.The content of malondialdehyde are significant differences,The content of malondialdehyde in'Dong Hai Xi Le'is 0.27?mol l-1,its content is the highest,the content of malondialdehyde in'Shuang Li Chan Juan'and'Cao An Jin Lu'is 0.2?mol·L-1,its content is the lowest.There is a significant difference in chlorophyll content,with the highest content of 4.28 mg/g in'Qian Si Wan Lv'and the lowest of 2.87 mg/g in'Cao An Jin Lu'.There is a significant difference in the content of peroxidase,with the highest content of 728?·g-1·min-1 in"Dong Hai Xi Le"and the lowest content of 196.75?·g-1·min-1 in'Bao Xing Tang Yi Jin'.There are significant differences among the three cultivars except Superoxide dismutase?SOD?and Thousands of lovers,‘Qian Si Wan Lv'content of 362.18?·g-1FW·h-1,the highest value.'Cao An Jin Lu'content of344.29?·g-1FW·h-1,the lowest value.According to the analysis of membership function,we can see that there is a significant difference in heat tolerance among all cultivars.The membership function value of‘Qian Si Wan Lv'is 0.70,the result is the best,the membership function value of'Bao Xing Tang Yi Jin'is only 0.29,heat-resistant quality is the worst,5varieties of heat-resistant quality order is‘Qian Si Wan Lv',‘Cao An Jin lu',‘Dong Hai Xi Le',‘Shuang Li Chan Juan',‘Bao Xing Tang Yi Jin'.?3?In the case that 8 edible chrysanthemum varieties did not perform topping and pruning to promote branching and flower bud germination operations,there was a significant difference in the yield per plant in the natural flowering period.The natural flowering period per mu is calculated based on the yield per plant in natural flowering period.Calculated according to 4,500 plants per acre,the'Dong Hai Xi Le'is the highest per acre yield,the output is 773 kg,and the'Cao An Jin Lu'yield is the lowest,the per mu is 168kg,the yield per mu of other varieties ranged from 171 kg to 435 kg,there was a significant difference between the yields of various varieties of edible chrysanthemum.To analyze the economic benefits by inferring the yield per mu,'Dong Hai Xi Le'is the highest,its value is 77,000yuan/mu,'Huang Shan Gong Ju'take second place,it is 44,000 yuan/mu,others are between16,000 yuan/mu and 25,000 yuan/mu.There are significant differences in economic benefits among the varieties.After deducting the lease and other expenses,the income of growers for growing edible chrysanthemums is between 13300 and 74,300 yuan/mu.In actual production,under the condition of promoting bud differentiation techniques and application of organic fertilizer,the production of edible chrysanthemum and the economic benefits of planting edible chrysanthemum can be improved.
