It is necessary to using distiller's grain to cultivate edible fungi, because it can not only reduce the production cost, improve economic efficiency, reduce the environment pollution, also can promote the recycling of distiller' s grain and the formation and development of circular economy. This experiment is mainly to filtrate the recipe and appropriate edible fungi species of using distiller's grain as the main raw materials to cultivate edible fungi in line with the hyphae of edible fungi growth situation,to filtrate the recipe of using distiller' s grain as the main raw materials to cultivate Lentinus edodes in line with the hyphae of Lentinus edodes' growth situation, growth cycle, conversion percent and contamination rate,to estimate the quality of Lentinus edodes on the basis of the conventional nutrients, amino acid content and volatile components,to inspect the security of using distiller's grain to cultivate Lentinus edodes according to the content of heavy metals and pesticide residues, and to evaluate the application potentiality of mushroom compost. And the results show that the growth situation and rate of Lentinus edodes' mycelium was better when the distiller's grain content range from 65%to 80%,growth days were slightly longer than control group and growth situation was better than control formula. The growing speed of Flammulina velutiper and Coprinus comatus' mycelium were significantly slower than control group, although the growth of mycelium and pollution rate was low,it lead to the longer growing period and lower economic benefits. The growth situation of Pleurots eryngii,Pleurotus cystdiosus and Hgpsiygus marmoreus was significantly poor, and it is found that widespread contamination. One optimal Lentinus edodes' medium(72.5%distiller's grains,17.5%sawdust,9%com flour,1%gypsum powder)was chosen compared with other mediums in this experiment, the growth time of hyphae, average yield and Conversion rate were 83.55d,310.97g/bag and 74.04%,respectively.The crude protein content of Lentinus edodes was significantly higher than miscellaneous wood formula, meanwhile, total amino acids content and the proportion of essential amino acid total amino acids is higher than miscellaneous wood chips, and essential amino acids is relatively complete and the total amino acid content is relatively balanced.Distiller's grain has certain effect on the volatile components of shiitake mushroom, but there is no significant difference, and its volatile components are mainly sulfur compounds and octal compound. The heavy metals and pesticide residues content of mushroom is low,and it is far below the food security limit of China and conform to the food safety regulations, the results indicated that distiller's grain and the mixed sawdust material does not affect the safety of the mushroom. Finally, the mushroom compost has rich nutrition and the potential of feed and plant fertilizer. This study provides a theoretical basis for the large-scale production.
