Polyoxometalates?POMs?are early transition metal oxygen anion clusters formed by metal cations,which are bridged by oxide anions.POMs have a wide range of applications as a result of their incomparable structural versatility and interesting properties.There are lots of studies confirmed the strong oxidizing property of POMs combined with the electrochemical luminescent property of Ru?bpy?32+.And it can be used as the luminescent source in rapid detection of biogenic anmines in aquatic products.This paper aimed at developping more efficacious and sensitive ECL materials through the studing of novel material POMs-Ru?bpy?32+ECL.The main contents of this paper are as follows:?1?A novel Keggin type POM electrochemical luminescence material,namely PMo12-Ru?bpy?32+was synthesized.Its structure identification data were provided by UV-vis spectroscopy and Fourier FTIR spectroscopy and its application conbined with CE-ECL in rapid detection of histamine in aquatic.The results authenticated that under the optimized conditions,the ECL intensity of histamine was linear with the concentration of histamine in the range of0.01-1 mg/L.The linear equation for I=189.59c+105.73,correlation coefficient r=0.9971,the limit of detection?LOD,S/N=3?for 1×10-33 mg/L?The peak height and migration time relative standard deviation?RSD?values of 0.27%and 1.3%.The recovery rate was between 90%and106.72%.Compared with the CE-Ru?bpy?32+-ECL method,the novel luminescence material will provide a lower LOD and be more sensitive.?2?A novel Keggin type POM electrochemical luminescence material,namely PMo12-Ru?bpy?32+was synthesized and combined with CE-ECL in rapid separation detection of putrescine and spermidine in aquatic.The results confirmed that under the best condition of optimized,the putrescine and spermidine ECL intensity showed a good linear relationship with their concentration?putrescine linear range is 0.01-0.1 mg/L,spermidine linear range is0.001-0.01 mg/L?.The putrescine linear equation was I=623.41c+25.923,correlation coefficient r=0.9980,the LOD?S/N=3?for 6.5×10-3mg/L;the spermidine linear equation was I=15438c+14.808,correlation coefficient r=0.9981,the LOD?S/N=3?for 9.8×10-44 mg/L.The spermidine was not detedected?ND?or the concentration was lower than LOD.The putrescine peak height and migration time relative standard deviation?RSD?values of 1.19%and1.11%,the recovery rate was between 90%and 104.0%.Compared with the national standard method,this method omits the complex pre-processing and derivatization.The analysis efficiency was improved.?3?A novel Keggin type POM electrochemical luminescence material,namely PMo12-Ru?bpy?32+was synthesized and application of CE-ECL in rapid separation detection of multiplebiogenicamines?includehistamine,putrescine,spermidine,cadaverine,phenylethylamine?in aquatic.And further research was carried on about the relationship between the changes of biogenic amines in aquatic with different storage time and temperature.The results showed that in the process of storage under-20°C,the concentration of biogenic amines had no obvious changes.And the principal amines content did not exceed the limit vaule of US Food and Durg Adminstration.At the temperature of 0°C,4°C,25°C in the storage process,the concentration of amines was increased with the extension of storage time.Among them,the most obvious changes occurred in histamine and cadaverine,which were the principal amines in storage process.
