Although forest resources are a renewable resource,its regeneration period is very long,and it can not increase its output by a large amount of investment in a short period of time.In order to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of wood,the use of wood in construction,furniture,decoration industry is greatly reduced,wood-based panel,plywood,particleboard,fiberboard,blockboard production is increasing,many products are replaced by artificial wood board.[1]artificial board has a significant difference between the appearance of the finished product and the traditional board,so it is necessary to paste the skin on the top and bottom,and the vertical surface needs edge banding.Woodworking machinery is the slowest developing industry in our country.CNC woodworking machinery relies heavily on imported[2]in developed countries and regions.At present,the edge banding machine in woodworking machinery has been gradually mature,but after this,some of the procedures are still completed by manual.At present,due to the overlap area between the upper and lower skin and the vertical side,it needs further treatment after the edge banding of the wood-based panel.As the national standard allows the error of the board product is 1mm/m,the existing plate edge thickness is generally around 0.62mm,so mechanical scraping often appear excessive scraping or scraping problems.These problems lead to machinery still can not replace manual.This topic in the two problem,the chamfering and painting.This project aims to improve the automation of chamfering and painting,reduce personnel interference and increase productivity.The equipment adopts the layout of the production line,the whole production line completes automatic chamfering,automatic painting,automatic drying,automatic vertical scraping and so on.The automatic chamfering and automatic painting process adopts the servo system,which ensures that the error can be automatically compensated when the wood-based panel is in error,and the uniform 45 degree angle can be scraped out in good condition.20000r/min high speed motor is adopted to ensure smooth and smooth chamfering plane.The painting process of the painted board was developed to avoid the waste of paint caused by mechanical spraying.In order to ensure uniform painting,high-precision sensor is used to detect the running speed of the workpiece.The speed of the plate is checked in real time by PLC,and the paint quantity is adjusted at any time.The air outlet form of industrial hot air blower is reformed,and the auxiliary air supply way is provided to ensure the drying effect of paint.The whole set of equipment adopts motor,pneumatic transmission system and other transmission device,through the programmable controller PLC to control the operation of the whole system.In order to facilitate human-computer interaction,a touch screen is designed.
