| The edge banding is an important process for furniture-manufacturing. When the edge bonding machines are used for the edge-sealing of plate materials, only the upper and lower emanatory of sealing sideband could be trimmed elaborately, but not the sawed-off transverse plane. This topic combined the domestic and international development of edge bonding machine, detailed the structure and function of modules. The research and development of copying trimming system was on the platform of the Solidworks and ANSYS and ADAMS software, this improved the smooth finish and aesthetic effect of furniture-manufacturing and have essential meaning in theory and practical value in engineering. The main works of this paper are as follows:1. Combined with the main technical parameters of copying trimming system, the design calculation of structure and cylinders had been done and used the software of Solidworks to complete the3D modeling. Then the position on the rack and working procedure were determined which based on the processing requirements.2. Mechanical property and vibration characteristic of copying trimming knife had been researched which used the finite element analysis software of ANSYS. The results showed that the cutting tools were too strong to breakage when faced the imperfection of wood crack and hard spots; the maximal deformation was so small that they could guarantee the processing precision within the scope of tool life although the accumulative deformation might be happened when the tool cut interrupted at high speed.3. By analyzing the statics and modal nephogram of the vertical columns which is the key parts of the copying trimming system, we could see that the deformation of the upper supporting plate right was too big and the first natural frequency was close to the outside excitation which might caused the resonance. For this situation, the article proposed to add two kinds of reinforced structure scheme on the right side of the plate. Then performed FEM analysis for the two modified structure and compared the results with the original structure, finally selected the reinforcement structure scheme which with the circular holes.4. By using software of Adams to build its virtual prototyping model, the kinematics simulation analysis was carried out to simulated the real process of action and gained the motion law of key parts such as copying trimming knife, rocker, and tracking pedestal which verified that the whole movement process was accurately and no interference. |
