The Study On Non-financial Factors That Affect The Benefit Of Sewage Treatment Enterprises

In recent years,with the increasingly fierce competition in water projects,Profit margins is gradually compressed,and how to get better benefit with the limited resources has become the focus for sewage treatment enterprises.Therefore,this paper studies on benefit of sewage treatment enterprises,focusing on some factors which affect the benefit of sewage treatment enterprises.Some factors that affect benefit of sewage treatment enterprises mainly include financial factors and non-financial factors.Many scholars usually study from financial factors for sewage treatment enterprises'benefit not non-financial factors.So,this paper from the perspective of non-financial factors studies which affect the benefit of sewage treatment enterprises,and provides more accurate reference for some managers in sewage treatment enterprises.By analysising and inducting some literatures,I find many non-financial factors which affect benefit of sewage treatment enterprises.These factors mainly include technical factors,market factors,enterprise management level,corporate social responsibility and national policy.But it is difficult to improve for national policy through their own effort,so this paper does not discuss this factor.Then,the paper analyzed the importance of factors by AHP.I get the weight of technical factors,market factors,the enterprise management level and corporate social responsibility are 0.356,0.332,0.164,0.148.Enterprises in the business and development process,the higher weight of factors should be pay more attention.Finally,this paper study that some managers tend to choose what kind of factors in order to change the profit and loss situation through the way of questionnaire.The study found that most of sewage treatment enterprises in order to change the profit and loss situation,they usually follow this sequence:technical factors,market factors,the management level and then corporate social responsibility.However,it is clear that the four non-financial factors' levels is not absolute,it is usually multiple factors are co-exist.One of the factors dominates and improves the profit and loss situation of sewage treatment enterprises.
