The Innovative Design Application Of Animal Images Of Ming And Qing Dynasties Embroidery In Children's Clothing

The topic of this graduation project is The Innovative Design Application of Animal Images of Ming and Qing Dynasties Embroidery in Children's Clothing.Based on the research of animal images of Ming and Qing dynasties embroidery and the children's drawing characteristic,we created some innovative animal images which are suitable for children in a simple way.The creative animal images were applied to children clothing,meanwhile some professional design skills catered for children were used to attract the consumers' attention.This group design includes eight pictures,taking Ming and Qing dynasties embroidery animal images as design theme,which show children's clothing combined with animal images of Ming and Qing dynasties embroidery,the unique Chinese traditional culture,and then apply it to children clothing,such as vest,skirt,pants clothing,shirts and so on.This design will be helpful to enhance the Chinese traditional cultural image in children's clothing design and designed the aesthetic,personalize and cultural meaning children's clothing.This new attempt make children's clothing obtained a wonderful and brilliant visual effects because the Ming and Qing dynasties embroidery animal pattern modeling involving in.This paper analyzes from following five parts:The first part shows the design creative works and effect pictures in practical life,which recorded the whole exploration process of design from draft to final draft take a Children vest as an example.The second part is the demand research report.This research is aimed to the 6-9 years old children and after 80 s parents,concentrating on the children's favorite pictures and after 80 s parents' aesthetic and personality traits effected by their children.We analyze the present situation of the animal images in children's clothing application through the information collected by questionnaire survey,field visit and searching on internet.We find the children's clothing lack originality and cultural connotation in China,so the integration of Ming and Qing dynasties embroidery animal image is the innovation breakthrough and will bring the potential market demand.It is the innovation idea and key point how to embody the beauty of children in harmony with nature and resonated with the consumer.The third part is the theoretical research report.In order to design a culture and attractive children's clothing,a lot of related theories and books were read.We analyze the traits of animal images of Ming and Qing dynasties embroidery in children's clothing,the cultural meaning,art language exploration and children's need and summarize the design concept which embody the beauty of children in harmony with nature.The fourth part is the design process practice report.According to the design concept and color schemes,we draw eight pictures which stressed on the beauty of children in harmony with nature,taking the animal images of Ming and Qing dynasties embroidery in children's clothing as the main line.They are Sky Spirit-Crane,Sky Spirit-golden pheasant,Sky Spirit-Egret,Sky Spirit-Peacock,Wild Child-Deer,Wild Child-Lion,Wild Child-Tiger and Sky Spirit-Six Spirit Family.Firstly we get the idea from animal images of Ming and Qing dynasties embroidery,and then we design the specific animal images of Ming and Qing dynasties embroidery in children clothing,finally we record and summarize the pictures of children clothing design and making.We exhibit the eight pictures with the suits,such as the shirt & vest & trousers,dress & vest,T-shirt &vest& shorts and so on.The fifth part is summarizes the report.According to the 6-9 years old children and after 80 s parents' aesthetic,directed by the children clothing market potential,combined with the children-oriented children's clothing design concept,the design craft combined the digital printing with hand making decorate and stressed on the advantage of the animal images of Ming and Qing dynasties embroidery in children's clothing which added the cultural and differences of children's clothing and attain the purpose of attract and infect consumers.
