Baiyaqilan(Camellia Sinensis)is the fine variety of Fujian Province,with the survival rate of planting high,more branches,buds secret,buds slightly longer,high yield,comprehensive economic traits characteristics,the finished tea aroma is high and lasting,and the orchid is rich in flavor and mellow taste.At present the production of Baiyaqilan varieties mainly to processing oolong tea-based,in this study,fresh leaves from the spring of 2016 were used as raw materials,processing for the white tea,green tea,black tea and oolong tea four types of tea.To study the main biochemical components in the processing of tea in the trend and auxiliary efficacy on lowering blood fat.Provide a theoretical basis for multi-tea processing of Baiyaqilan,rich varieties of Baiyaqilan tea products and enhancing the Social and Economic Benefits of Baiyaqilan.1 Effects of multi-tea processing of Baiyaqilan on main biochemical componentsTo buds Baiyaqilan fresh leaves for the material,processed into white tea,green tea,black tea and oolong tea.Determination the contents of tea polyphenols,amino acids,caffeine,water extracts,flavonoids,tea triploids(theaflavins,thearubigins and theabrownine)and the catechin constituents were studied in the four types of tea.The results show that for a single variety of Baiyaqilan after multi-tea processing,the water extract content range is 36.08%~40.32%,tea polyphenol content range of 8.49%~21.19%,the amino acid content ranged from 2.15%to 4.09%,the content of caffeine ranges from 3.76%to 5.29%,the flavonoid content ranged from 6.83 mg/g to 12.39 mg/g,theaflavin content ranged from 0.08%to 0.38%,the content of thearubigins ranges from 3.46%to 7.67%,the content of theabrownine ranged from 2.96%to 6.94%ranged from 2.96%to 6.94%.Among them,the fresh leaves 1(a bud two leaves)as raw materials for processing green tea,white tea,black tea,water extract and tea polyphenols are the highest in green tea,followed by white tea,black tea is the lowest,this is related to the partial oxidation of black tea during processing;Amino acid content is the highest in white tea,followed by black tea,green tea is the lowest;Caffeine content is the highest in black tea,followed by green tea,white tea is the lowest.To fresh leaves 2(in the open leaves)as raw materials processing of Minnan oolong tea and Minbei oolong tea,water extract,tea polyphenols,amino acids and flavonoids content are Minnan oolong tea is higher than Minbei oolong tea;Caffeine,theaflavins,thearubigins and theabrownine content are Minbei oolong tea is higher than Minnan oolong tea.2 Effect of multi-tea processing of Baiyaqilan on antioxidationThe DPPH free radical scavenging capacity of the extract of Polygonum cuspidatum was studied by DPPH·method.By comparing the half inhibitory concentration(IC50)to compare its antioxidant size,and its IC50 value and the main biochemical composition of the correlation analysis.The results showed that the antioxidant capacity of white tea,green tea,black tea,Minnan oolong tea and Minnan oolong tea decreased in turn,and the amino acid content was the most related to IC50 value,followed by caffeine,tea polyphenol and flavonoids,catechins,GCG content and IC50 value showed a good dose-effect relationship.3 Effects of different concentrations of different buds of Baiyaqilan on weight loss and lipid-lowering effect in high fat rats200 SD rats were randomly divided into the following groups,there were 10 female SD mouse in every group:normal group,high fat group,Xinfatating group,fresh leaves 1 group(one bud two leaves),fresh leaves 2 groups(in the opening three leaves),low concentration of white tea group,medium concentration of white tea group,high concentration of white tea group,low concentration of green tea group,medium concentration green tea group,high concentration of green tea group,low concentration of black tea group,medium concentration black tea group,high concentration black tea group,low concentration of Minnan oolong tea group,medium concentration of Minnan Oolong tea group,high concentration of Minnan oolong tea group,low concentration of Minbei oolong tea group,medium concentration of Minbei Oolong tea group,high concentration of Minbei oolong tea group.The normal group was fed with normal diet,drinking water with high fat diet fed with high fat diet,drinking water with high fat diet and fed Xinfatating group as control group.The proportion of 1:75,1:50,1:20 tea soup with high fat diet as low,middle and high concentration groups were used in the experiments of different concentrations group.They were recorded daily food intake every day,weighted every two days,65 days later at the end of the experiment,the total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),total protein(TP)levels were measured.The arterial coefficients of the liver were calculated and the liver tissues were examined by HE staining.The test results are as follows:Rats in high fat group weight gain,serum TG,ALT,TP content was significantly increased,TC content increased significantly,liver coefficient increased,HDL-C content decreased,LDL-C,AST,ALP content increased were compared to normal rats,but there was no significant difference between normal group and high fat group.liver HE staining section of high fat group,there can be observed abnormal liver tissue structure,sinus resuscitation or even disappear,the cell boundaries are unclear,hepatic cord arrangement disorder,large area of liver swelling,a lot of fat vacuolization.Minbei oolong tea,high concentration of Minnan oolong tea and high concentration of white tea soup have a good effect on reduce the content of TC in high-fat rats.The intake of tea can also effectively reduce the serum TG content of high fat rats,and black tea soup has the best effect;The effect of Minbei Oolong tea on the serum HDL-C content of high fat diet rats was significant,followed by high concentration of white tea and high concentration of Minnan oolong tea;The low concentration of black tea had a positive effect on lowering serum LDL-C level in high fat diet rats;Minbei Oolong tea and white tea soup had good effect on reducing serum AST content in high fat rats.In the experiment,the tea group had little effect on the increase of TP content induced by high fat diet;The pathological changes of HE staining in experimental rats were observed,found that Minbei Oolong tea and Minnan oolong tea can inhibit liver fat degeneration in rats induced by high fat diet,and can better protect the liver,Minbei oolong tea to inhibit steatosis is better than Minnan oolong tea.4 Effects of different concentrations of different buds of Baiyaqilan on kidney function and glucose metabolism in hyperlipidemic ratsHigh fat diet easy to make rats CREA,UA,UREA value increased,reduce the rat’s renal metabolic capacity,so that damage to kidney function,tea soup can regulate the blood glucose CREA,UA,UREA concentration to a certain degree,protect the kidneys;In terms of kidney coefficient,high concentration of Minnan oolong tea and medium concentration of Minbei oolong tea group kidney coefficient is greatly reduced,indicating that drinking high concentrations of Minnan oolong tea and medium concentration of Minbei Oolong tea tea on high-fat diet rats have a greater impact on the kidneys;Tea soup on high blood diet in rats to reduce the role of blood glucose,medium and high concentration of black tea and low and high concentration of green tea can effectively reduce the serum GLU concentration in high fat diet rats. |
