The coal production in China ranks the first in the world,so do the coalmine accidents.The number of coalmine accidents in China presents a growing trend in recent years.So the research on the coalmine rescue equipment is of great necessity.Currently,the specialized rescue lifting equipment applied in practical domestic which is designed independently does not exist.Based on the gradually mature research achievements of the hoist,the researches of rescue lifting equipment domestic decrease.In this paper,based on the actual research and access to relevant information,the innovative design and dynamic analysis of the rescue equipment are carried out.The main contents of this paper include:(1)According to the situation of geological exploration and requirements of the rescue in coalmines,an overall scheme of the rescue hoist is carried out.The program of the overall structure of the integration of the rescue hoist and vehicle platform is determined.The composition of the rescue equipment and its main function are determined with it.(2)After the determination of the devices composing the rescue hoist,thedevices should be designed or selected.The rescue hoist this paper studied is a non-standard hoist.According to initial conditions including the hoisting load,hoisting depth and hoisting speed,the spindle device of the rescue hoist should be designed,at the same moment,the right power device,connecting device,a transmission device,a braking device and the hoisting wire rope should also be choose.(3)The main shaft device of the rescue hoist is the key equipment of the vehicle mounted rescue hoist,which mainly includes the main shaft of the hoist,the shell of the elevator and the supporting wheel of the hoist.In this paper,the CAE strength analysis of the spindle,the shell,the wheel support and spindle unit of rescue hoist is carried out.Meanwhile,the theory calculation of the strength of the spindle is conducted.The color scheme of the rescue hoist and the protective measures are identified.(4)Dynamic analysis of the rescue hoist system on-board is carried out in this paper,including the ascension process,decentralization process,emergency(Level 2)braking process and the card tank failure situation.The checking calculation of the motor capacity,calculation of the power consumption and efficiency of the lifting equipment and the business accounting of the ability of the lifting equipment.(5)In this paper,the design of the vehicle platform for rescue equipment is designed,including the structure and function design of the vehicle platform.The strength and stability of the vehicle platform are analyzed.(6)In the end,the paper carries out the test of the vehicle mounted rescue hoist,including the dismounting and mounting experiment of the rescue hoist and the running test.The results of the operation are analyzed.
