Optimization Design System For Mining And Transporting Equipment Based On Web

With the development of computer technology,optimization design theory and method are being applied to coal and machine field more and more widely because traditional design method cannot meet the requirement of modern design.So for these mining and transporting equipment,such as coal cutter,scraper conveyer,heading machine,mine hoist,with sharing mechanism as the core,using modern optimization design technology fully,optimization design system of mining and transporting equipment based on Web with commonweal,fundamentality and propriety intellectual property rights is built to offer optimization design service for enterprise,in order to meet the need of increasing product quality and using efficiency in mining and transporting equipment enterprise.For supporting enterprise by increasing its competition and technology innovation power,it has quite important practical meaning.This paper analyzed the feasibility of the technology and practice of the system;raised the systematic structure and practice pattern of optimization design system of mining and transporting equipment based on B/S pattern;analyzed and designed the structure and function of the system;introduced every functional part of the system;built the website of the system by using ASP,ASP.NET,including systematic site home,introducing,optimization design theory,optimization design module and contact module,the optimization design to mining and transporting equipment on line by C#language and MATLAB is realized.This system is easy to manage and interact and provides the method of optimization design and calculation on line.At last,this paper tests the website of the system and show the reliability and stability of it.The optimization design system of mining and transporting equipment based on Web in this paper used modern design method and technology fully,made the internet resource sharing and system regular maintaining come true.It made the usual method of optimization design and the optimization of mining and transporting equipment on line programmed to realize remote optimization design calculating,which brings the people of designing and exploiting great convenience.It also improved the designing efficiency of the mining and transporting equipment as well as the quality of the product.
