As living standard’s improve,people’s requirements for clothes are not just simple warm,comfortable and beautiful.People have higher requirements for clothes’ functionality.In recent years,global climate gets wormer,the temperature of summer is also increasing,which leads people to be in great need of cool fiber.Therefore,this project will have an extraordinary practical significance.As the multifunctional powder,jade powder entered people’s field of vision,ade powder fiber is also more and more,the main composition of jade powder is silica,and other useful minerals materials such as aluminum,silicon,titanium,zirconium.Therefore,people begin to pay attention to the jade fiber.Nylon 6 cool fiber was prepared.First of all,the jade powder was selected,refined and the jade powder and nylon 6 chips were blended by double screw.They were also used for melting spinning.In addition,the basic theory of heat conduction was discussed,including factor of composite,the composite thermal conductivity model and modified it to adapt to the cold powder and nylon 6 system to investigate the effect of powder shape on the thermal resistance.Lamellar structure is higher than the spherical structure in thermal efficiency.In the preparation of nylon 6 cool fiber,the effect of spinning temperature,spinning speed,cooling conditions,the oil spinning conditions on fiber spinning process was explored.The suitable Conditions tofor preparing ice fiber was found.The influence of the adding amount of refreshing powder of nylon 6 Cool fiber is also discussed in this paper,and a reasonable explanation was given.Adding powder is equivalent to adding nucleating agent,leading to nylon 6 crystallization,crystallization temperature,melting point being increased,but the flexibility decreased.Finally,two kinds of fabrics were made.The different performance of various fabrics were texted.The test results show that cool fiber thermal resistance is decreased,water vapor transmission rate is increased.Fabric thermal resistance is decreased by 30%,The fabric moisture permeability increased by 10%.Clo value also has a certain amount of increase,which fully shows that the nylon 6 fiber wicking moisture refreshing refreshing function,and make the wearer feel comfortable.
