Flocculation conditions of several kinds of detergent are studied and the effect of particle on detergent flocculation is analysised in the research.The present study from the laundry wastewater and washing wastewater after dyeing rational division the wastewater and recycling of this premise,wherein the regeneration treatment for wastewater means of flocculation,filtration,centrifugation,etc.In accordance with the water planning principles the various wastewater is rational division and recycled.The results show that:1.Studying the flocculation of General Detergent,Force Powder Detergent,Emulsifier,Saponification Liquid and Soap using cationic organic polymer flocculant and polymaleic acid,At the flocculating stage.At the effect of flocculant dosage,polymaleic acid dosage and temperature on the flocculation is greater than that of and time.Under the optimum flocculation condition,the flocculation effect of Saponification Liquid and Soap is best.The light transmittance is close to 100%and the surface tension is close to water’s surface tension after filtration.The flocculation effect of General Detergent and Force Powder Detergent comes second,The light transmittance is close to 100%and the surface tension around 55mN/m after filtration.The flocculation effect of Emulsifier and Four kinds of detergents mixed is the worst,The light transmittance around 95%and the surface tension around 32mN/m after filtration.2.Particles can be used to reduce the amount of flocculant and improve effect in the flocculation.In the flocculation of General Detergent and Force Powder Detergent,the 300 mesh activated carbon was the best and the 35 mesh diatomite comes second.In the flocculation of Emulsifier,starch is the best.3.Dual water supply and regeneration recycling are feasible in the laundry wastewater.When using backwater washing,save as much as 88.6%of the water.Within a certain cycle little change in the whiteness of white fabric when use the backwater washing fabric.The final rinse water quality remains in a relatively stable range.4.Dual water supply and regeneration recycling are feasible in the soaping wastewater.Soap and dye is the main pollutants of Soapingwastewater and is easily flocculated.Within a certain cycle the final rinse water quality remains in a relatively stable range.
