In this paper,wastewater from low bath ratio dyeing process of wool was divided resonable by dual water supply,and the regeneration recycling of wastewater was carried out on that premise and the methods of flocculation,filtration,centrifugation,etc..Wastewater was re-used in the orginal process after combination with the water planning principles,and assess the results and costs.Results show that:1.Dual water supply and regeneration recycling are feasible in the wool dyeing wastewater,and the wastewater should be collected separately by water quality,according to the indicators to confirm direct reuse or recycle treatment.2.Chromaticity and turbidity was confirmed as the evaluation index,and established the standard for wool dyeing wastewater: the chromaticity should be less than 25,turbidity less than 10 NTU for dyeing;the chromaticity should be less than 50,turbidity less than 25 NTU for rinse water.3.The regeneration process of wool dyeing wastewater is flocculation ? centrifugal separation?filtration?The flocculation conditions: when the content of dye was 1g/L,0.1/Land 0.01g/L,0.85~1.84 times,0.86~3.06 times and 4.0~6.6times flocculating agent are needed to remove unit mass of dye;centrifugal separation conditions:relative centrifugal force shoud be greater than 1760×g,5minute;terminal filtration material selection is 0.22 um PTFE folding membrane.4.Wastewater was re-used in the original process after treatment and combination,colour fastness of Lanasol dyes,Lanaset dyes,Mordant dyes and Lanasol CE dyes is greater than 4.Wastewater of Acid dyes was reuse twice directly and the colour fastness is greater than 4.5.If the cost just based on the flocculation,compared with the conventional dyeing process,the combination of low bath dyeing process and wastewater regeneration recycling is better,98 tons fresh water was saved per ton wool and 800 yuan was also saved;in the recycling process,the utilization rations are greater than 80%,with good economic benefits and environmental benefits.
