| In this study,Gardenia f.grandiflora and G.var.radicana were used as plant materials for cultivation experiments in the simulated laundry wastewater environment.The laundry detergent and laundry detergent were used to simulate laundry wastewater.The scores of laundry detergent water concentration were as follows:low-concentration laundry liquid,laundry detergent content of 0.403g/L(AK1),medium laundry detergent,and laundry detergent content of 0.605.g/L(AK2);High-concentration laundry liquid,laundry liquid content is 1.210g/L(AK3).Washing powder water concentration score:low concentration detergent powder,detergent content of 0.363g/L(BK1);medium detergent powder water,detergent content of 0.545g/L(BK2);high concentration detergent powder water,The detergent content was 1.090 g/L(BK3).At the time of the experiment,the changes of growth morphology,plant tissue water content,leaf chlorophyll content,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,and root vigor were observed every 5 days.The observation time was 60 days.The results showed that:(1)When the test was conducted up to 60 days,compared with the start of the test,with the tap water group as a reference,the influence of each measurement index of the Daphne genkwa on the test group of the Dahuazizi was as follows:In terms of growth morphology,from good to bad:AK3>BK3>AK2>BK2>AK1>BK1.Plant tissue water content,the decline from small to large:AK3<BK3<AK2<BK2<AK1<BK1.The chlorophyll content of the leaves was reduced from small to large:AK3<BK3<AK2<BK2<AK1<BK1.Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters:Fv/Fm,Fv’/Fm’,qp,NPQ,ETR,the five indicators reflect the changes in the photosynthetic performance of S.taiwanensis,and integrate the various indicators.The impact is from small to large:AK3<BK3<AK2<BK2<AK1<BK1.On the index of root vitality,the decline is from small to large:AK3<BK3<AK2<BK2<AK1<BK1.(2)When the test is conducted to 60 days,compared with the start of the test,with the tap water group as a reference,the influence of each measurement index of the Daphne genkwa on the test group of lobular wolfberry fruit is as follows:In terms of growth morphology,from good to bad:AK3>BK3>AK2>BK2>AK1>BK1.Plant tissue water content,the decline from small to large:AK3<BK3<AK2<BK2<AK1<BK1.The index of chlorophyll content in leaves decreased from small to large:AK3<BK3<AK2<BK2<AK1<BK1.Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters:Fv/Fm,Fv’/Fm’,qp,NPQ,and ETR.The five indicators reflect changes in photosynthetic performance of S.taiwanensis.Each index is integrated and its impact is small to large:AK3<BK3<AK2<BK2<AK1<BK1.On the indicator of root vitality,the magnitude of decline is small to large:BK3<AK3<AK2<BK2<AK1<BK1,(3)In summary,through the simulation of two types of laundry effluent on two kinds of wolfberry fruit,the simulated laundry wastewater was used in the hydroponics of two kinds of medlar:the high-concentration simulated laundry effluent was the normal 8 pieces of laundry.The washing liquid water with the detergent content of 1.210g/L and the detergent powder with the detergent powder content of 1.090g/L can not be directly used as the hydroponic water of two kinds of tweezers to dilute the two simulated laundry wastewater by 3 times(ie,the detergent solution 0.403).g/L,washing powder 0.363g/L)and more than 3 times can guarantee the normal growth and ornamental effect of the two kinds of gardenia. |
