| Huoxuezhitong capsule is one of drugs which is produced by Zhuhai Anson Phoenix Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.This drug is the company's biggest competitive products which is sold for nearly 400 million every year.Huoxuezhitong(capsules)was made of Angelica sinensis,Pseudoginseng,Boswellia carteri,Dipterocarpaceae,Pyrite and Eupolyphaga seu Steleophaga,the traditional Chinese medicine was ground into powder and filled it into shell,patient need to eat large dose drugs every day.From the perspective of modem Chinese medicine preparation,the produce process have the shortcomings of straightforward and uninhibited,Poor Compliance.In order to enhance the product's technological standards and compliance,we made the second research of the extracted process and choose the dropping pills as the Traditional Chinese medicine formulation which is welcomed by doctors and patients,the research are as follows:The pharmacodynamics study of the pre experimenter proved:dropping pills which is made by water extracting have prior effects than alcohol extracting method in Analgesia,invigorating the circulation of blood and protective effect of mice and rats.From the aspect of preparing dropping pills,it is easier to prepare than alcohol extract method.On the basis of pre preparation,we optimized the technology of water extraction(water extraction,extracting).By the method of orthogonal experiment,the quantity of water,soaking time,extraction time,extraction times as factors,we studied the extract technology of Angelica sinensis,Pseudoginseng,Boswellia carteri,Dipterocarpaceae,Pyrite and Eupolyphaga seu Steleophaga.The results proved that the two extract method of following are the best.The first,soaking for 8h,Water extracting for 3 times,8 times,6 times,6 times per time,1h per time.The second,soaking for 6h,filling 12 times water of Angelica sinensis,heat to refluxed for lh,Separating out the volatile oil,filling other Medicinal herbs and 10 times water of all the medicinal herbs,soaking for 4h,extracting for lh,Filter,extract for 2 times,8 times,6 times of water,lh per hour.Comparing the effect of Analgesia,invigorating the circulation of blood of the dripping pills which are made by two methods with the positive control group.Ihe research compared the efficacy of the water extracted with double extracted dripping pills by the acetic acid induced writhing in pain and trauna model of rats induced by femoral blood stasis model.The results showed that:in both models,the water extract was better than double extracts,and the result was observed obviously that the extracts of double extracting method's animal deaths ratio doubled than the water extracting,it has a positive correlation with the dose.In the study on preparation,we used the single factor experiments to study the influence on the forming by testing the factor of the Matrix type,the ratio of main drug and accessories,melt temperature,cooling liquid type,cooling temperature,dropping distance and cooling column length.We determined the early conditions that used the liquid coolant to 300mm2/s of dimethyl silicone oil as the cooling liquid,the cooling column length is 135cm.At the last,we Optimized and determined the best following condition by orthogonal experiment,which is the group of A,B,C2D1,namely solid-liquid ratio of 1:1.78,the melting temperature is 70?,the cooling liquid 20?,dropping distance of 2cm. |
