Study On The Preparation And The Quality Standards In Liaogewang Dripping Pills

Objective:Liaogewang tablets is an effective resist bacteria anti-inflammation anti-virus on the clinical, it will be improved to dripping pills,which is easy disintegration and absorption, The author has made a systematic study on its preparation and quality standars.Methods:In the preparation of studies, inspected the matrix, the type of coolant, drug and the best ratio of liquid droplets, such as temperature conditions, screening of the emitter in diameter size, Disu, and the drops of coolant from the Temperature, determine the dropping pills of the prescription process.Done by TLC Identification; using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) determination, and methods of inspection.Results:The results showed the best formulation process was PEG6000, dissolution temperature is 85℃, matching of base is 1:3. TLC no negative interference, determination feasible, good repeatability.Conclusion:Preparation of viable, reliable quality standards and can be used for industrial production.
