Because of the long oil and gas pipeline management mode and means lead to the low efficiency of management of oil and gas pipelines, and the strain capacity in processing pipeline accident analysis and decision-making is difficult to apply to the pipeline safety management today.Oil and gas pipeline integrity management is through to the pipeline operation safety factor identification and evaluation, formulate the corresponding risk control measures and improve the unfavorable factors, make the pipeline in safe operating condition of a scientific means of maintenance and management, and geographic information system(GIS) can analyze the data related to the geographical distribution of oil and gas pipelines and display, makes the oil and gas pipeline in the form of visual display.Firstly, this paper according to the characteristics of the oil and gas pipeline, the present situation of the integrity management of oil and gas pipelines and pipeline in operation of facing the risk factors and the important factors influencing the pipeline integrity management is analyzed, and a detailed study on the influence of various factors. Secondly, through the use of Mapinfo software build pipeline information geographic layer, the pipeline in the form of intuitive visual display, and integration of spatial data, attribute data and pipeline operation data to create GIS monitor database model, through GIS powerful data analysis ability to monitor the operation condition of pipeline and determine the pipeline potential danger in time, and to locate in the geographic layer, and develop GPS positioning function of mobile terminal and integration with GIS system to provide decision-making for pipeline integrity management,, make the pipeline risk can be controlled in time.
