Trace antibiotics in soil and water environment had caused widely public concern in recent years,as long as their potentially harmful effects.Due to the large variety of antibiotics, and the detection methods restricted by technology and expensive cost.It has important and practical significance to carry out the screening study of optimal control antibiotics contaminants, and establish the economic-effective text method in groundwater. In the view of environment exposure and environment effect, this paper is aiming to select the priority control types antibiotics by building a screening system of antibiotics "Optimal control of pollutants,in groundwater environment, then to optimize the detection method of the typical antibiotics in water and soil environment. The main conclusions made in paper are as follows:1.Build the screening system of antibiotics "Optimal control of pollutants,in groundwater environment, based on the predicted environmental contents(PECs),persistence(IogKow and DT50)and environmental toxicity(LC50).Then the screening system is applied to the groundwater in Beijing, five fluoroquinolone antibiotics(ofloxacin, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, lomefloxacin and enrofloxacin)was selected to be the "Optimal control of pollutants",which act as the related target pollutants in the following research.2.Optimize the SPE-HPLC detection of the five fluoroquinolone antibiotics.SPE enrichment and purification conditions:enriched and purificated by Oasis HLB extraction column;velocity of the water samples for 3?5ml/min;10ml acidulated-acetonitrile as the eluents.Soil samples was extracted by 10 ml 50%Mg(NO3)2-5%NH3·H1O,ultra-sounded extraction for 10 min first.HPLC testing conditions:Inert ODS-SP C18 chromatographic column, mobile phase A:methanol:acetonitrile=60:40(V/V),mobile phase B:0.5 0‰ H3PO4 solution,A/B=20:80(V/V),the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,column temperature of 40?,sample size of 10ul.3.Concentrations and risks of the five fluoroquinolone antibiotics in different environmental media. The basic roles of the occurrence is:drainage canals in south-eastern suburbs>secondary effluents>reclaimed water of Chaobai River>groundwater. The high risk materials of Chaobai River and sewage treatment plant secondary effluents mainly is OFL and NOR,as CIP and LOM in groundwater.the ecological risk of drainage canals is much higher than Yongding River and reclaimed water in Chaobai River, the risk of groundwater is low.Meanwhile, the ecological risk of soil and the Chaobai river sediment is low.
