2,4-D,abscisic acid, uniconazole, forchlorfenuron and naphthylacetic acid are plant growth regulators with potential harmfulness on human health and on the ecological environment. This topic evaluates toxicity of those five target regulators included in fertilizers with both additive and excessive content using the U.S.national environmental protection authority evaluation software?T.E.S.T.?,ecological and physiological risk to human body using MSDS index in SIRI,and their hazards using national standards defined in Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals,Rules for classification and labelling of chemica series.Afterwards, risk assessment results can be obtained after processing the dangerous grade classification onfive kinds of target regulators. And then above five kinds of target regulators can be qualified and quantified at the same time using the newly established high performance liquid chromatograph method.Under the laboratory conditions with Symmetry shields RP18?250mm×4.6 mm,5.0?m?column,acetonitrile and water?phosphate adjust pH 2.99?=70:30 being the mobile phase, the wavelength of 240 nm,the result of the linear correlation coefficient for five targets'content within range of 2100 mg·L-11 is greater than 0.999,the recovery rate is95.7%103.5%,RSD is no greater than 2%,detection limit is 0.01 mg·kg-11 for 2,4-D,0.02mg·kg-11 for abscisic acid,0.03 mg·kg-11 for uniconazole,0.007 mg·kg-11 for forchlorfenuron,and0.84 mg·kg-11 for naphthalene acetic acid. The established method in this experiment can detect the content of 5 target regulators under the same chromatographic conditions, and the method is convenient, quick, and highly sensitive, satisfying the practical needs of plant growth regulators in the fertilizer.
