Currently oil pumping unit is one of the important steps in the process of oil exploration.The operation of the pumping unit directly affects the oilfield production efficiency.Analysis indicator diagram is a basic way to determine pumping unit working condition.The overall efficiency of beam pumping unit system is divided into the ground and underground efficiency.The underground efficiency includes rod efficiency and pump efficiency.Using rod efficiency,the working parameters adjustment of pumping unit on the ground can increase the system efficiency.The indicator instruments on market are mostly on the ground.The efficiency of ground part can be analyzed,but downhole data and indicator diagram cannot be directly measured.In this paper,the underground indicator,working on the collection of diagram,can directly measure any node on the sucker rod.It will provide data for the support of oil production.This paper analyzes the working principle of the pumping unit and the characteristics of the indicator diagrams.And it makes the difficulties of the oil underground dynamic parameter test clear.Then overall design scheme of system has been put forward.There are three aspects about this paper,which are hardware,data processing and PC software.It contains mechanical parts and electrical design.A 32-bit microprocessor STM32 is used to detect acceleration signal and load signal,storage and transfer.This paper designed a new method which is de-drift filter based on elimination method,and be used to integrate acceleration.The software on PC contains data extraction,data processing,graphical display and data saving.Lots of tests have been conducted,such as sensor calibration.The test shows that the system has well compatibility.The pumping unit figure information can be accurately measured.The system can work stably,meet the design requirements and widely be applied.
