Currently submersible linear motor is still in the development stage. In thestudy of Daqing Oil, there are many problems which need to be improved, suchas incompatibility. The diagram shows working conditions of underground pump, and check out whether the pumping system and combination of pump parametersis reasonable or not. Currently there is ground dynamometer. And thesubmersible linear motor is a kind technology of lever lifting. Therefore, a directmeasurement of downhole pump dynamometer is developed for submersiblelinear motor lifting technology, that can obtain the first-hand information ofdownhole condition.. It will provide data for the support of oil production. This paper analysed the principles of linear motor pumping submersiblecraft, established a mathematical model of linear motors dynamic analysis onpolished rod, made polished rod load calculation of linear motor pumping unit. The paper analysed the difficulties of testing dynamometer, proposed overalldesign scheme. The system uses storing shorted to design its body, and uses loadsensor to measure motor load. The acceleration sensor is used to measuringmovement displacement by second order integral. The core processor is a32-bitSTM32F103RE. PC software was developed using C#, which was integrated dataextraction, data processing, graphics, display, and save functionality. Thedynamometer system can access the dynamometer card of the linear motorssubmersible lifting. Through the analysis of dynamometer, in the process ofpump-start, the load is too large, and the motor does not run smoothly.Optimization design of the drive system startup can make the system to runsmoothly, to decrease power quantitatively, and improve efficiency indirectly.
