In this paper,based on investigate and analysis the progress of snubbing operation,,full investigate and analysis kinds of home and aboard snubbing operation technique.A system scheme that can better realize snubbing operation of workover rig,which main consist of wellhead aligument structure,derrick,base,snubbing device,machinery boom,machinery hand,mechanical slide.The designation and theoretical research of the freestanding workover rig and the simulation research work of main parts are the main works in this paper.The detailed and reasonable designation of all component parts of the freestanding workover rig were completed,the 3 d solid model of whole system was created by SolidWorks software.By using of finite element simulation software complete strength and analysis of main component parts.In this paper,the characteristics of derrick structure are introduce with deeply study of bearing load considering both the geometrical nonlinear material nonlinear analyze buckling behavior with the use of the common element ANSYS software.Derrick are computed and simulated the load displacement curves and buckling behavior on the basis of finite element model,ultimate bearing load and the load displacement curves are obtained.According to the result of bi-nonlinear analysis results,the plastic zone of development important components is described,the stability of the whole workover rig under the working condition is analyzed and the stability coefficient is obtained.Which guarantee workover rig working safely and stably.
