In a highly competitive market environment,the financial management of enterprises has begun to be increasingly subdivided.As a result,traditional finance calculation model can’t meet the requirements of enterprise development.The effective countermeasures should be taken in order to catch up with the pace of development of the times,and the enterprises should put forward higher requirements for the financial management.The application of ERP system in the financial management of enterprises will not only facilitate the optimization and allocation of resources,but also help to enhance the financial efficiency of information.Han river Danjiangkou aluminium industry limited liability company(hereinafter referred to as Dan Aluminum Company),which formerly is the Dan river Aluminum factory,was founded in 1970 and changed into a limited liability company in 1997,and also is a wholly owned subsidiary attached to Han river water conservancy and hydropower(Group)Co.,Ltd.The main business includes aluminium electrolysis and fabrication.In addition,it is the leading enterprise of nonferrous metals industry in Hubei Province,was determined as one of the four aluminum industrial bases of Hubei Province.In recent years,with the expansion of business scale of Dan aluminum company and the increasing demand for financial information,the company conducts an information transformation to related financial accounting,fixed assets,materials procurement and other business units.However,as the absence of overall deployment and planning,it is relatively isolated between each application system and business processes,existing a serious "information island" problem.To solve these shortcomings,Dan aluminum company has replaced the existing financial accounting model through the implementation of ERP financial management module to improve the efficiency of financial resources allocation and enable enterprises management to be standardized and scientific.This paper refers to the ERP theory at home and abroad and based on the previous research results and takes the core function of ERP system,financial management module as the main study object.Combined with the actual situation of Dan aluminum company’s financial work,it makes an analysis of the problems and defects existing in original economic business,and compares the optimization of economic business after the implementation of ERP financial management module,as well as makes a summary of the improvement measures for ERP system,which intends to provide the theoretical and technical reference for ERP financial management in the enterprise.Firstly,it makes an analysis of the current financial check work of Dan aluminum company to find out the problems,such as the information collection,the information security and the process management.;Then,the issues in the work are to be improved by the combination method of theory and practice through the application of ERP financial management module;Finally,according to the insufficient in the application of ERP financial management module,such as managers cognitive,internal control systems,data security and the lack of personnel quality,etc.it proposes the targeted improvement measures for the optimization of ERP financial management module. |
