Research On Construction Of The Ecological Counties In China:Problems And Countermeasures

The construction of ecological civilization is a long-term plan related to the wellbeing of people and the future of the nation.Facing severe situations of strained resource constraints,serious environmental pollution and degradation of ecosystem,our country puts the construction of ecological civilization in a prominent position,integrating it into all aspects and the whole process of economic,political,cultural and social constructions,endeavors to build a beautiful China and realizes the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.However,the construction of ecological counties is the basic work of building ecological civilization,and the inevitable requirement of carrying out the Scientific Outlook on Development and building a comprehensive well-off society.This paper focuses on dissecting the problems existing in the construction of ecological counties of our country and gives perfect proposals of the construction of ecological counties of our country on the basis of the development progress and fundamental situations of the construction of ecological counties of our country and the analysis on the practice and experience of the ecological construction of Jingshan County.This paper includes six parts:the first part is the introduction which mainly makes an introduction of the origin and significance of the study,and proposes the research ideas and methods based on the review and evaluation of related research status domestic and overseas.The second part illustrates the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the ecological counties.The third part is the progress and basic situations of construction of ecological counties of our country.This part mainly sorts out the development progress of construction of ecological counties of our country and systematically introduces its basic situations.The fourth part is the case analysis of the construction of the ecological counties.This part mainly takes Jingshan as an example,describes the basic situations of Jingshan County through data and draws revelations from the main ways of building ecological Jingshan.The fifth part explains the problems existing in construction of ecological counties of our country that summarizes the common problems existing in construction of ecological counties of our country by case analysis.The sixth part focuses on the countermeasures to perfect the construction of the ecological counties and proposes the countermeasures to perfect construction of ecological counties of our country from the following four aspects:awareness promotion,funding investment,coordinated planning and institutional construction.
