Research On Wearing Equipment Design Of Mine Resecue Team For Safety Production

The personal equipment of rescue team is the first defense line to protect the personal safety.In the mine rescue process,gas detection equipment is used primarily.This article takes the current situation of the rescue equipment of the Kailuan mine rescue team as an example to study the practical problems such as the poor adaptability of personal equipment.Because of the special conditions of the mine rescue team members,there are special requirements for the products.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct deep research on the members.Based on a user-centered design approach,take the mine rescue team as a target to study the characterization of team members.Through user observations,user interviews,and analysis the team members ' needs for wearable equipment,design requirements and design principles were determined.On this basis,the design reference data is defined and the equipment design practice is performed.Wearable equipment that meets its functional requirements is designed for the rescue team and take testing and verifying.Finally,a wearable equipment design plan meeting the actual needs of the members is formed.In order to solve the problem of carrying equipment that emerged from the rescue team,new directions of thinking were proposed.Furthermore,the research on the wearable rescue equipment will be used to upgrade the equipment design quality of the rescue industry and promote the standardization of the mine rescue industry.
