The level of the steel industry is one of the important indicators to measure a country's development and economic.However,the traditional steel enterprises in our country generally exist problems such as high cost of logistics and distribution,low operation efficiency,unscientific management and other problems to be solved and improved.In order to solve these problems,based on the actual operation situation of a steel enterprise in Hebei Province,this paper studies the special steel distribution process which is the most obvious effect in the logistics distribution of the enterprise.According to the actual situation of the plant logistics of steel enterprises,an open vehicle routing model is proposed,which is based on the lowest supply cost as the objective function.In order to get the optimal solution of the model,through the study of the current excellent swarm intelligence algorithm,the finally selection is the Levy flight to optimize the artificial bee colony algorithm which adapt to the traveling salesman problem,and using different test functions to test and verify the optimization algorithm.It is proved that the optimization can effectively improve the process of solving the problems which are easy to fall into the local optimum.By means of MATLAB simulation,combined with the actual logistics distribution data generated by the enterprise,a set of minimum distribution cost program is obtained,and good results are obtained,at the same time,the feasibility and validity of the mathematical model and algorithm are validated.To make the application of theoretical results and better solve practical problems,the outside factory logistics transportation monitoring and management system of the iron and steel enterprise are set up and the realization of the functions of vehicle,vehicle,driver,vehicle,path planning,real time positioning and history track are provided in the latter part of this paper.Improved the traditional logistics distribution process which is using modern technology and getting through electronic map technology and GPS vehicle navigation technology,make the theoretical results better used to guide the actual operation of the iron and steel enterprises.The practice shows that the system is in good operating and effectively reduces the cost of the iron and steel enterprises in the process of logistics and distribution outside.Meanwhile,it also proves that the significance of the research results for the actual production guidance and the importance of enterprise information in this paper.
