At present,our country is in a critical stage of economic development,although the total amount of safety accidents has declined,the safety in production is still facing great challenges.As an important topic related to people's life and property safety,there are more and more researches about safety production in academic circles,the employees' safety behavior has aroused widespread concern.Employees' safety behavior is restricted by various factors,while the institutional environment which includes regulatory institutional environment,normative institutional environment and cognitive institutional environment is an important constraint factor in the organizational environment,the combination of institutional environment theory and safety management is still relatively small,therefore,this thesis tries to construct a model of the relationship between institutional environmental and employees' safety behavior to verify the rationality of the mechanism of "institutional pressure to cognitive fear to behavior response".Firstly,this thesis analyzed the factors affecting employees' safety behavior,found that personal,organizational management and environment are all important factors.Although there is no scholar who had studied the effect of institutional environment on employees' safety behavior,but as an important institutional environment factors exist around the organization,the institutional environment not only will restrain the production management of enterprises,the formation of the system pressure will also produce effects on the behavior of employees.However,the behavior of human beings also have a certain mechanism,in response to the external environment,first of all through the brain's response and decision-making will form a certain action response,therefore,this thesis introduced the employees' safety cognition and safety climate which have important effect on employees' safety behavior as mediating variables.On the basis of theoretical research,clarified the influence mechanism of institutional environment on employees' safety behavior,laid the foundation for the construction of the model.Secondly,based on the theoretical research,constructed the multiple regression model of institution environment,employees' safety cognition,safety climate and employees' safety behavior and the structural equation path model for driving employees' safety compliance behavior and safety participation behavior.To verify the rationality of the influence mechanism,put forward the corresponding research hypothesis,and on the basis of other scholars' research,designed the variable scale for this study,laid the foundation for the empirical analysis.Thirdly,this thesis collected relevant data by using questionnaire survey,used SPSS and AMOS software to quantitative study,and verified the proposed hypothesis and path one by one.The study found that employees' safety cognition and safety climate play an intermediary role in the mechanism of institutional environment influence employees' safety behavior,they are intermediate bridges of institutional environment;the model of structural equation path exploration confirmed the influence path of institutional environment to safety compliance behavior and safety participation behavior,the research ideas presented in this thesis are verified,and according to the empirical analysis conclusion,put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Finally,summarized the conclusion of this thesis,pointed out the innovation and deficiency of this study and put forwards the prospects for further research.
