Work safety work safety is the fundamental requirement for the development of enterprise operations. As employees are the direct subject of enterprise production activities, their safety behavior is directly related to the safety performance of the enterprise.Existing studies mostly focus on employees’ safety behaviors from the individual level, organizational level, prevention and control of unsafe behaviors, intervention and other aspects.Few studies focus on the impact of safety management on employees’ safety behaviors from the perspective of safety management of frontline managers.First-line managers are the largest management group of enterprise management. As a bridge between middle and senior management and grass-roots employees, reasonable guidance and regulation of the safety management of front-line managers can promote the safety behavior of employees in production, and they are an important force of enterprise safety management. Therefore, from the perspective of front-line managers,it is of great significance to explore the impact of front-line managers’ safety management behavior factors on employees’ safety behavior. This article is based on leader-member exchange theory, psychological contract theory, and research on the characteristics of front-line managers, combined with theoretical literature analysis and field survey results.First, identify the factors that affect the safety management of front-line managers on employee safety behavior;Knowledge and experience are combined to explain the structural model method to construct a structural model of the influence of front-line managers’ safety management factors on employee safety behavior;and then draw on the mature scales studied by previous studies to design a survey scale for the impact of front-line managers’ safety management factors on employee safety behaviors. The final formal scale was formed through pre-investigation;698 valid questionnaires were obtained through questionnaire survey,SPSS23.0,NETICA 5.18 software, and Bayesian network reasoning and diagnostic analysis were used to simulate the impact of front-line managers’ safety management factors on employee safety behaviors Inspection; Finally, based on the inspection results, put forward safety management countermeasures to improve the safety behavior of employees. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of relevant literature on the safety management of front-line managers, the safety management factors of front-line managers are clarified, and the dimensions of the safety management of ten types of first-line managers are summarized: safety concern, safety control, safety coaching, safety leadership, safety incentives, management commitments, safety supervision, safety guidance, safety training, safety communication and feedback.(2)Safety supervision, safety control, safety coaching, and safety guidance have the highest impact on employee safety compliance behavior;safety incentives, management commitments, safety concerns, and safety communication and feedback have the highest impact on safety participation behavior.(3)Safety incentives, safety supervision, safety training, and safety control have the highest comprehensive impact on employees’ safety behaviors, and the probability of occurrence of safety behaviors of two employees can reach more than 80%.(4)Changes in the probability of safety training have a high impact on safety compliance behavior, and changes in the implementation level of safety incentives have the highest impact on safety participation.(5)Changes in the implementation level of safety incentives have a high impact on employees’ safety behavior.
