Recently,with the exploration of marine oil and gas field,there are a lot of problems in marine oil and gas production systems,so it is of great significance to apply virtual maintenance simulation technology in the training of underwater maintenance personnel and the rehearsal of maintenance cases.The design and development of virtual simulation for the underwater equipment maintenance involves many complex operating processes during different training tasks and modes.In order to rapidly build varied simulation cases,accurately describe dynamic maintenance processes and support user with different cognitive requirements simultaneously,a model-driven development method of virtual simulation for marine oil and gas operations is proposed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of marine oil and gas field,the model-driven development process of virtual simulation for marine oil and gas operations is designed;(2)Through making the abstraction of maintenance tasks and process logic for multiple training modes,a unified formal description model based on hierarchical timed color Petri nets is established.This model can not only support to model different levels of maintenance activities,but also to simulate the time-sequence characteristics of operating tasks and multi-attribute of maintenance resources at the same time;(3)The simulation script model is designed based on the above HTCPN model to describe the components of maintenance process,step and action,which is convenient for the virtual simulation engine to parse and execute;(4)The visual process modeling tool is developed to support the rapid modification of maintenance case script.And a virtual simulation application system for marine oil and gas operations is designed and implemented.The validity of the model is verified by an actual example of the underwater maintenance process.The model can not only to build different simulation cases quickly and flexibly,but also to improve the development efficiency of virtual simulation system.
