Specific to the current production running state of the in-service crude oil storage tank in oil field and its domestic research status,the writer puts forward the topic of the "study on integrity detection and repairing techniques of in-service crude oil storage tank" in this paper.And combined with the detecting techniques and data of the in-service crude oil storage tank,the writer establishes corresponding mechanical models to scientifically judge and evaluate the influences of different types,sizes and different location defects on the safe operation of the storage tank,so as to provide powerful technical guidance for engineering construction and to give advices for the long-term and safe operation of the in-service crude oil storage tank in the oil field.In this paper,through the measurement of the tank structure,combined with the tank cleaning detection and maintenance data management over the years and after making comparison with the relevant codes,the defect identification and detecting techniques of the in-service crude oil storage tank are researched.It mainly includes deformation detection of tank structure,foundation settlement test,corrosion status detection of wallboard,bottom plate and floating roof,welding seam defect detection,wax scraper deformation detection,leakproofness detection of the primary and secondary sealing as well as the central drain pipe,pontoon cabin leakage detection and the like.Based on the defect identification and judgment of the above detection results,the changing situation of the storage tank structure and accessories can be effectively grasped.Specific to storage tank roof,bottom,wall and other particular structures,the corrosion defect and crack defect are regarded as the major objects of study to establish the mechanics-mathematical models for the safety evaluation of defects in different parts of the storage tank and the corresponding evaluation methods,so as to carry out the study on the safety evaluation mechanical models and evaluation methods for storage tank corrosion,crack,foundation uneven settlement and other various defects.Different detection methods are applied to defect the storage tank data and establish the corresponding data model,and furthermore,based on practical situation and concrete issue,corresponding solutions are proposed.
