| Nowadays the air injection has not been accepted in oil fileds because of the incomprehensive recognition of the micro-mechanism of oil oxidation.Thus the present paper aims at researching the exothermic characters of the oil oxidation based on the thermal analysis to support the project in the field.Use TGA/DSC to study the mechanism of oil oxidation and exothermic behavior;use DSC Q20 to analyse the influence of pressure and concentration of oxygen;use four components to study their mechanism of oxidation and exothermic characteristics to research the influence of four components with different oil.The experiments indicates that the total heat release of the HTO is less than the LTO but the heat release of per unit mass of HTO is more than the LTO.Pressure or oxygen concentration can promote oxidation reaction,it has a greater influence for light oil than heavy oil because light oil has more light components.Besides,it affects more to the LTO than HTO,because for the LTO,the reaction is between oil and air,for the HTO,the reaction is between coke and air.Also,the pressure has a greater effect than oxygen concentration because of the votilization of oil.Light oil and some heavy oil with little viscosity show a rapid heat release in the LTO.Saturates are similar to the light components,acromatics are similar to intermediate components and resin is similar to heavy components.Saturates has a rapid heat release in low temperture,acromatics and resin do not have this phenomenon. |
