Study On Sustainability Post-evaluation Of Natural Gas Pipeline Project

Exacerbated environmental problems such as climate warming and air pollution have caused the increasing demand for natural gas.The efficient operation of natural gas pipeline(NGP)projects,as the stable supply of natural gas,have attracted more and more attention.As a sub-project of project management,the sustainable post-evaluation of NGP projects contributes to the development of the project and provides valuable experience for similar projects.In view of the fact that the research is on the primary stage,it has important practical significance.This paper takes the NGP projects as the object and gives a definition of the project sustainability based on the sustainable development theory.After further study of the basic contents of sustainability in NGP projects in society etc and the situations in the whole life cycle,it establishes indexes,such as operational efficiency and pipeline anticorrosion management,and optimizes traditional sustainability evaluation index system and methods.Then this paper post evaluates the sustainability of a NGP project as an empirical research and gives some suggestions.Finally,it summarizes the research results and expects to make contribution to the researches in this area.
